SB 472 - This act raises fees charged for court reporter
services to $3.25 per page for any original transcript and $ .75
per page for copies. When an official court reporter is
appointed in a contested case or a case in which the evidence is
to be preserved, the circuit clerk shall collect $25.00 (raised
from $15.00) as the tax on the case.
